Guided meditations: Begin Keep going Total Surrender

My mission as a Guide is to empower and inspire you to live from your highest inner potential.
I believe the answers you're seeking already reside within you—in the quiet, powerful space of your inner being. When we reconnect with that space through meditation and self-discovery, life can begin to feel more authentic, fulfilling, and aligned with our deepest truth.
We are all on a shared journey of growth and awakening. I believe humanity is evolving toward greater awareness, compassion, and love—and that each of us has the potential to experience a deeper sense of peace, joy, and connection with life.
I'm here to support you on that journey through meditation, guidance, and personal growth. Together, we'll create space to quiet the mind, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and remember who you truly are.
Because sometimes, the greatest transformation doesn't come from becoming someone new. It comes from remembering the wholeness that has always been within you.
Together, we rise.
My work is grounded in compassion, positive energy, mindfulness, and the transformative power of meditation.
I walk alongside you as a partner in your journey of self-discovery, helping you reconnect with your inner strengths, explore limiting beliefs, and open yourself to new possibilities.
I believe life is a journey of remembering as much as becoming. Beneath the noise of our thoughts, expectations, and everyday demands, there is a deeper place within us—a place of inner wisdom, peace, and possibility. Each moment offers an invitation to reconnect with that part of ourselves.
In our time together, I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where all parts of you are welcome. Whether you're seeking clarity, greater peace, or a deeper connection with yourself and your life, I'm here to walk alongside you as you explore your inner world, discover new perspectives, and embrace the joy of being fully alive.

I never imagined that becoming my mother's caregiver would change the course of my life. Yet it became the beginning of a journey that would lead me to meditation, spiritual awakening, and a deeper understanding of who I truly am.
When dementia entered my mother's life, she came to live with my husband and me. For four years, she depended on me for nearly everything. I loved her deeply, but caregiving was exhausting, heartbreaking, and sometimes more than I thought I could bear. There were moments when I wondered how I could continue.
In search of strength and understanding, I began turning inward through meditation. What started as a way to get through a difficult time gradually became something much more: a journey of self-discovery.
Those caregiving years inspired my book, We You Me: A Journey from Duty to Discovery. Writing it helped me make sense of the experience and recognize how a period of tremendous challenge could also open the door to profound personal growth.
We You Me: A Journey from Duty to Discovery
A personal journey through caregiving, love, and the discoveries that can emerge from life's most challenging seasons.
Three years after my mother's passing, my husband was diagnosed with cancer. About a year into his illness, I began my Meditation and Awakening Teacher Training. I graduated just three months after he passed away.
That training became one of the most profound gifts of my life.
Two teachings, in particular, transformed my understanding of meditation: The Practice of No Problem and The Art of Conscious Contentment.
The Practice of No Problem taught me to allow whatever arose during meditation—even my thoughts and unexpected experiences—without turning them into a problem. The Art of Conscious Contentment invited me to sit without expectations, letting go of the need for anything particular to happen.
I learned to trust, surrender, and allow each moment to unfold as it did.
Over countless hours of meditation, these teachings became more than practices. They began to change my relationship with life itself.
As my husband approached the end of his life, I discovered a deep sense of peace I might not otherwise have known. I couldn't change what was happening, but I could be present with him. I still felt the pain of losing him, but I was able to meet those precious moments with greater acceptance, presence, and love.
Meditation hadn't changed what life was asking of me. It had changed how I was able to meet life.
And in the stillness, I began to remember something even deeper: what I understand as the divine, everlasting essence of life within us all—the profound oneness that connects all existence.
My journey of discovery continues. Today, as a meditation teacher, I share what I've learned and offer free meditation sessions at my local library. It is my joy to help others discover their own inner stillness, explore their potential, and reconnect with the wisdom and peace that may already reside within them.
I believe we don't always need to change our circumstances to discover peace. Sometimes, we discover peace by changing our relationship with life itself.
My journey began with a search for strength. It became a journey of awakening. And now, it is my joy to share that journey with you.
